His education includes: An MBA from SMU Cox School of Business and an MS and BA from Texas Tech University.

Chris Heisler has over 25 years of devoted service within the hospitality industry and posseses extensive executive-level management experience in sales, training, and operations. His passion has grown to include shaping associate-level employees into superior managers and devising strategic plans for continued revenue growth. He naturally approaches problem solving initiatives with a comprehensive lens. Throughout his career, he has consistently elevated companies with low turnover rates and constant annual sales growth.

Nicole Solis is a distinguished graduate from Georgian Court University, graduated with honors and received her Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Management. She has over 15 years of experience working in various high-paced environments providing exceptional leadership and attention to detail. Her skills include accounting and finance, human resources, business development and management. Nicole is also a registered Notary where she received state-wide commission in the state of Texas.
